Design Vision
This is limitless freeride performance. The WFS V7 feels lighter, cleaner, and more intuitive for pure freeride across disciplines. With effortless drift and efficient power generation, the WFS delivers confidence in any condition.
The WFS V7 reacts instantly across an increased wind range thanks to the optimised canopy tension and its refined V profile. The exoskeleton centre frame stiffening on the leading edge also increases rigidity. Reduced drag and turbulence enable crisp handling that feels fast, responsive, and direct for free fly balance.
Born from premium materials, the WFS V7 combines Teijin X4 ripstop with an X6 reinforced trailing edge for a stiff wingspan, and XT 2.0 woven fabric for durability. Optimised airflow keeps the WFS robust, boosting pumping efficiency and stability in all conditions.
Engineered for featherlight aerodynamics, the full carbon CS Bar has refined hand positioning for the perfect angle of attack. The ergonomic oval shape and tuned grip deliver comfort with precise, fatigue-free control.
New for V7, key upgrades include an ergonomic CS Wing Bar that reduces fatigue and a Push Lock valve, making setup faster. Reinforced seams and XT 2.0 woven fabric boost strength, and larger window panels improve visibility. Fine-tuned with a deeper central section and new 6.5 and 7.5 metre sizes with XT light construction , the WFS V7 offers broader crossover ability, increased wind range, and better free fly balance.
