Redesigned Strut and New Boom
The GT3+ features a new strut shape with a longer canopy connection for improved stiffness and control. The updated carbon boom ensures precise strut fixation and optimal load transfer, delivering a tighter, more responsive feel.
Stiff, light construction
Featuring premium XTC TEX 2.0 material and new X6 Ripstop, the GT3+ is light, stiff and durable, making it a highly efficient and responsive wing choice. Additionally, the centre segments of the leading edge are reinforced with an extra layer of XTC TEX 2.0 to increase rigidity.
Refined shape
The GT3+ has a deep profile for improved low-end ability and a large wind range. The dihedral shape combined with refined tip twist allows for unmatched drift and efficient pumping, and a thin leading edge means less drag and incredible upwind ability.
New for V3
Teijin’s X6 ripstop is used in the back part of the canopy to ensure clean canopy tension and improved profile support for the GT3+, enhancing load transition and durability. A new strut shape strengthens the canopy connection for better control, while XTC TEX 2.0 increases responsiveness. The improved carbon boom system ensures precise handling with seamless load transfer. The redesigned wing bag offers smarter storage, and the new Push Lock valve ensures fast inflation.

XTC TEX 2.0 is our premium material used in the leading edge, struts and reinforcements in our Plus range. Engineered by Teijin for outstanding performance, it’s 5 times stronger than traditional Dacron, yet stiff and ultra-lightweight. The high-modulus yarns form a multicoated woven composite fabric with low water absorption to minimise weight gain. XTC TEX 2.0 allows for the leading edge and struts to be smaller which reduces weight further while remaining strong with minimal deformation and elongation under force. The result is a stiff lightweight material that feels very direct with responsive and efficient steering that enhances overall performance.

X6 ripstop is our new fundamental secondary material used in trailing edges to increase stability and tension. X6 is a lightweight ultra-high tenacity polyester yarn with less elongation which reduces flutter. This allows for the canopy to retain its tenacity and adds durability over time. X6 has improved the force transition between the inflatable structure and the canopy significantly.

Our superior X4 canopy fabric is strong and tear-resistant to guarantee durability and lasting performance. X4 is engineered to be dynamic and developed exclusively in partnership with Teijin, the leading supplier of sailcloth materials. Made from the best 4×4 ripstop polyester yarn, X4 has less elongation and a high-temperature UV-resistant resin finish.

A wing’s bladder is the core element of its inflatable structure so we use the toughest and lightest material available, made in Germany. Engineered specifically for wings, our material defines the wings’s weight and durability.

A triple-reinforced closing seam along the leading edge makes it practically indestructible. The centre segments have stronger reinforcements as the material load is much higher compared to the smaller diameter of the wingtips.
