Franz is one of the most passionate kiteboarders we know, and he has been a hugely influential kite surfing and windsurfing board designer for over 30 years. Since starting his career in 1983 he shaped more than 2,000 windsurf boards before finally turning his attention to creating kitesurfing board perfection for Eleveight. A designer for hire, he honed his skills at Dynamit, Atomic , Elan and various other brands before coming to work for Eleveight.

He’s come a long way since he first took to the water in a rubber sailboat at only five years old and his passion for watersports has increased with every passing year.
