All-Round Versatility
Maximise every session with the RS V9’s unmatched versatility. Its 3-strut delta shape delivers a light, stable, and responsive feel – perfect for big airs, smooth cruising, or playful waves.
Extraordinary efficiency
The RS V9’s refined aerodynamic profile delivers exceptional low-end power across all sizes. The 14m and 17m models feature XT Light material, enhancing turning speed and responsiveness. With seamless performance in any condition, the RS reduces the need for a large quiver, covering a wide wind range effortlessly.
Massive hangtime, easy upwind
Enjoy insane hangtime, smooth forward drive, and effortless upwind travel. The RS’ refined angle of attack ensures easy loop recovery and control, even in gusty or choppy conditions.
Fast, agile and smooth
Dynamic and agile, the RS V9 turns with precision. Adjusted wingtip curvature and refined bridle points reduce bar pressure, delivering smoother turn initiation and increased control.
New for V9
V9 features Teijin’s X6 ripstop material for lighter, more durable wingtips and trailing edge, as well new triple closing seam reinforcements throughout. The refined leading-edge arc allows better power development and low-end, and new bridle adjustments give even better bar feedback with optimised trim options. The new rotated leading edge seam reduces bridle catch and the revamped storage-friendly kite bag completes the upgrade to elevate your session further.

Technology
Eleveight kites are built with innovative and quality workmanship. Details are strategically designed for long lasting durability, while keeping the kite light and agile.
1/16
Our superior X4 canopy fabric is strong and tear-resistant to guarantee durability and lasting performance. X4 is engineered to be dynamic and developed exclusively in partnership with Teijin, the leading supplier of sailcloth materials. Made from the best 4×4 ripstop polyester yarn, X4 has less elongation and a high-temperature UV-resistant resin finish.
2/16
X6 ripstop is our new fundamental secondary material used in trailing edges to increase stability and tension. X6 is a lightweight ultra-high tenacity polyester yarn with less elongation which reduces flutter. This allows for the canopy to retain its tenacity and adds durability over time. X6 has improved the force transition between the inflatable structure and the canopy significantly.
3/16
Our XT cloth has extremely high tenacity and is used in our inflatable structures to allow them to twist while balancing stability and stiffness. XT ensures high performance and is developed exclusively in partnership with Teijin, the leading supplier of sailcloth materials. It features a highly specialised UV-resistant coating and is woven to produce a structure that guarantees strength.
4/16
To ensure your kite can take a beating, every seam is glued and stitched for maximum durability.
5/16
The large diameter of our valves and strut connectors ensures fast, easy inflation and deflation of your kite without the need for a hose connector.
6/16
Each Strut has a double strut head reinforcement to create a solid inflatable kite frame. This allows for optimum turning and smoother handling.
7/16
The short pulley-free 5-point bridle setup enhances the kite’s turning speed and agility. Your bar input is direct, while the risk of catching the wingtip is reduced.
8/16
The redesigned 3D bridle deflector has structural reinforcement covering the closing seam. It decreases the possibility of bridle wrap, making water starts easier and safer.
9/16
Strategically placed Extreme Tenacity (XT) cloth reinforcements eliminate canopy wear and tear including pinholes caused by the valves.
10/16
A kite’s bladder is the core element of its inflatable structure so we use the toughest and lightest material available, made in Germany. Engineered specifically for kites, our material defines the kite’s weight and durability.
11/16
We help you rig your kite safely and avoid mixing up lines with the kook-proof front and backline connection points.
12/16
Fly the kite your way by easily switching between backline trim options with the pull-to-pull tags. Two steering line settings are available, allowing you to choose your turning speed and bar pressure.
13/16
A triple-reinforced closing seam along the leading edge makes it practically indestructible. The centre segments have stronger reinforcements as the material load is much higher compared to the smaller diameter of the wingtips.
14/16
Angled reinforcements along the trailing edge diffuse the load and strain on the canopy, making it more durable while improving kite stability and longevity.
15/16
Trim the kite according to your riding style and the wind conditions by switching between different bridle line turning settings. The pivot set-up makes the kite faster and offers more depower, while the tip set-up increases the turning radius and offers more power and grunt. All our kites have the standard middle set-up pre-selected to offer the best balance.
16/16
The load transition between the inflatable frame structure and the ripstop material is optimised for improved stability and durability. An extra layer of double ripstop sits between the inflatable structure and the X4 ripstop to protect the load.
Peter Stiewe
Founder / Kite Designer
“The RS V9 brings several incremental improvements while staying true to its versatile, fun-driven DNA. A slightly higher projected area boosts low-end power, while direct bar feedback ensures a responsive feel. We’ve also optimized the bridle line trim options, allowing riders to fine-tune the kite to their style and conditions.”
